Weight Indicators & Hardware Integration
Our software integrates with a wide range of weighing scales, load cells, weigh bars, and digital weight indicators (e.g., D10 Indicators, Yaohua, Kejie, Keli, Avery, etc.) via RS232, USB, or TCP/IP interfaces.
Weighbridge Operations
1. First Weigh (Gross/Tare): The vehicle steps onto the scale. The software fetches the weight automatically, associates it with a vehicle number, customer/supplier, and material, then prints the first slip.
2. Second Weigh (Tare/Gross): The vehicle returning from loading/unloading steps onto the scale again. The software matches the vehicle number, calculates the net weight, and prints the final weigh ticket.
